Running Technique group weekly sessions:  The running technique group weekly sessions lasts 60 minutes and will include a variation of warm up, running drills, strengthening exercises, plyometrics, running intervals aimed to improve your running techniques, agility, speed, and the endurance of speed. You will be supported in learning and mastering your running technique and in enhancing your overall level of fitness. 

 

Mum’s Small Running Group: To further support mums keen to start exercising and running in the park, Maria offers Small group running sessions weekly in the park, in which babies and children are welcome in their running pushchairs. The running session lasts 60 minutes and will include a variation of warm up, running drills, strengthening exercises, plyometrics, running intervals. You will be supported in learning and mastering your running technique as well as in enhancing your overall level of fitness. A privacy area will be available for feeding your baby and baby changing if necessary.  The training will allow you to be able to stop and care for your baby when you will feel that this is necessary.
